Climbing is getting more popular in China - a lot of people do it over the weekend. Do British people like climbing and walking in the countryside?

Zhang Xun, Beijing

As Zhang Xun points out, hiking is gaining popularity in China as more and more people go hiking at the weekend.

To follow on from last week's programme on climbing we hear again from Kim Collis, a keen hiker and climber.

He explains why he thinks British people love adventure sports such as climbing.

You will learn about two great British adventurers and the differences between hiking, walking, trekking and climbing.
