She is expecting.
她怀孕了。
『王小姐和吉娜正看在公司圣诞派对时拍摄的照片。』
吉：Barb is doing so well. You know she is expecting in May.
芭比一切都很顺利，在五月。
王：What is she expecting?
她究竟在期待什么啊？
吉：She told me that she decided not to have it tested. Only God knows.
她说不去检验这个项目，这大概只有天知道吧！
『王小姐被弄得更糊涂了！』
【Note】
王小姐不知道expecting也有”怀孕”的意思。
吉妮也没有发现这一点，以为王小姐说”在期待什么”是在问”是男孩还是女孩”。
"test"是指判断婴儿性别的产检。
